I got into real estate in 2007 for a few reasons.  The first was because I had a desire to get into the "flipping" business (only to decide later that it wasn't my passion) and the second, and bigger reason was because I had kind of hit a quarter life crisis...I had achieved everything I could at my job at that point and wanted a change and wanted to be challenged. 

 I decided to give Real Estate a shot and sure enough, found out that I actually loved real estate.   I loved the opportunity to help people make one of life's most significant financial decisions of their lives.  I found that I became confidants and friends to these people.  I received the chance to earn trust and rapport and to stretch myself.  My first year in the business was "ok" but I made more money that I had ever made working a J.O.B.  Each year thereafter, I've doubled my business.  This past year, in 2012, the team together closed nearly 150 transactions. I'm so proud of that. 

 The reality of it all is however that I have a lot to learn.  The world is changing and we have to be ready to change with it or we will get run over by the bus.  I want to continue to grow and develop and not just be a flash in the pan.  I want to make a difference in my community and show clients and friends what that "Nordstroms" experience looks like in Real Estate.
