Whens the Perfect Time to Buy a Home in Long Beach, CA…

The housing recovery began six or seven months ago. The buyers have sprinted out the gates already, and the excellent news is there are still plenty of buyers at the gates ready to enter the real estate market. At this time, “credit is becoming easier to get & Mortgage loan rates at this moment are unbelievably low and buyers need to know that times right now for buyers are extraordinary. Right now, people feel better about their jobs. The country, in spite of declines here and there, remains on a slow but sure, upward incline. Home sales are up in most desirable areas- the massive housing bust from 2008 is officially history.

If you are paying close attention- “the trends tell the same story” it’s a fantastic time to buy a home, especially if it’s a fantastic time for you to buy a home…Having providential timing when buying a home plays a vital role in homeownership. If the timing is right, everything seems to fall right in place, too. Before soaring into the real estate market, here are some things to think through.

The perfect home is out there

The perfect home is out there for you, but it may take a while to find it right now. Most likely there are inventory problems as buyers are experiencing bidding against other buyers. Buying a home is not an impulse purchase nor should it ever be treated like one, either. “If you have not heard buying a home” is likely the biggest purchase you’ll make in a lifetime. Where you live “is your comfort zone. It’s the place where you’ll make memories with your family, where you can escape from the stress of the outside world, and you’ll return to after a long day. You’ll want to get it right. Relax, sooner or later more housing inventory will come and eventually you will find the perfect home. Take a deep breath the right home for you is right around the corner.

Buying a home is a mission

The home buying process is a life fulfillment. Buyers spend several weeks looking at listings and doing online research before they even contact a local RE agent. From the time, buyers appoint their RE agents until they close on the home, takes eight to twelve months. In the process, it can take twists and turns, and when you find the perfect home “you’ll end-up enjoying the mission.

Enjoy low prices and interest rates

You create value when you buy the home right. Feel lucky/smart right now and enjoy taking advantage of low interest rates & low home values. If you are watching all the signs interest rates are at 30- and 40-year lows. When you factor home values are at 2008 levels there’s no doubt it time to get determined in the housing market, broker the best price possible and secure the best home mortgage rate possible. Make the best choices not just for today, but also for years from now. Real Estate is meant to be a long-term investment. With the low 15y & 30yr rate puts you in it right for the long haul, you need to be focused on buying at the right “time.”

Strategy steady and lucky wins the race

Plain and simple “taking advantage of opportune timing is a brilliant strategy; today and always. Buying a home when it’s the “right time” and you have won the race. Most notable, it is advised to put in time and effort and do the research, pay attention to the market as much as possible and then “talk to your local real estate agent. They are proactive and will help you through carefully and calmly.

Hi Jon, this is almost a perfect intro to a buyer consultation.  You really are just spelling out the facts and setting the stage and letting the buyer make their own decision which is what it should be.

Howdy Jon, yes the right house is out there and it is within reach as long as the buyer has the right real estate agent to help them find that needle in the hay-stack. Your knowledge of mortgage rates, neighborhoods and the lay of land would benefit any buyer looking.
