Along comes another opportunity to help an agent whose Broker had departed this “franchise” for greener pastures. Ron is a licensed Broker who could provide the solution necessary at the time. Napa Estates was born.
The Seigels were pioneers in IDX, SEO and SEM markets. They attracted business through radio ads. Their leads converted! Ultimately, the domain and name of the company and business were sold for six-figures.
Anyone can reinvent themselves and grow. The Seigel’s only work with committed winners who wish to occupy the Number One to Number Three Slots. This is a very limited niche.
