Why My Valentine, ARDELL, Is The Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World

ARDELL IS THE GREATEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE WORLD

As you know, ARDELL has this annoying trait of "having scruples." I don't get it -- frankly it sorta bores me.

I live by two mottos:

1. Know the Rules; Play to Win (Joan Rivers)

2. I ain't here for my looks

So ARDELL is competing fiercely in some competition about SEO. I'm sure she is up late scheming until the early hours of the morning. I know this because I get calls at like 5 am EST! from ARDELL; she seems wigged out on caffeine, sort of slurring her words. Last night all I could make out from her babble was "I'm gonna bring those MF'ers to their knees" and then she hung up on me. It was a little scary, but funny too!

Kevin,

You must be talking about my broker "ARDELL" the one that only needs to use her first name--kind of like a movie star!!! I would send her a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day but we are both on a diet!

Now that's funny!!! I just read ARDELL'S post and the comment thread over at RCG then Googled and found her in first position!!!! Great stuff!!

ARDELL is the greatest real estate agent in world!

I'm so glad we got to meet ARDELL while in Seattle last year.

Kevin - I think it's fabulous that you're the example of a great blogger, a great condo expert, the Miami guru. I remember "meeting" you when you were an apprentice online and then actually meeting you in San Francisco.

HAHAHAAAA! OMG! I can totally relate to Ardell! But I'm slurring my words because I take my sleeping pill, then decide I have more work to do, and fight the effects... Never a good idea O.o

Kevin,

Ardell definitely is a quite unique person...we have never met or even spoken on the phone ...we have only communicated through the AR comment section of our blogs...but I think we both have a good picture of what it would be like in person...she definitely has a good line on SEO from what I can see....I have no idea how much business she does or what her favorite hobby is...but I can almost picture her in person and she seems like behind all the hype...she is also a good person:)
