Sagebrush Back To School Backpack Drive 2013
Sagebrush Community Church is gearing up for it’s Back to School Backpack Drive for kids in need. This year Sagebrush has a goal of 2,000 new backpacks to be donated and will fill each backpack with the supplies kids need to begin school. After all every kid deserves to start the 2013-2014 school year off happy and with the proper supplies.
To Donate: Please drop off a new backpack for kids from kindergarten -12th grade at any Sagebrush Campus location no later than August 3rd. Please put $20 or whatever you can in the backpack to pay for the supplies needed. Sagebrush volunteers will do the shopping and fill the backpacks in preparation for distributing.
Register Early: You can drop by your local Sagebrush Campus and register for your child / children’s free backpack and school supplies before August 10th if you wish.
Register August 10th: Each Sagebrush Campus location will have a party for families in need complete with food, music, face painting & a host of other fun activities for the entire family! While you are there this will be when you will want to sign your kids up to get their FREE backpacks and school supplies. The kids will be given a yellow arm bracelet at this time. At the Riverside the party will be from 10 -1:00. Call or check online to see times for all other campus parties.
Pick Up August 11: Simply bring your family, your kids and their yellow bracelets enjoy a Sagebrush service and then pick up your FREE back to school backpack and supplies for your kids. Sagebrush has fun and educational classes for kids of all ages.
