The next morning I awoke to birds chirping, a rooster crowing and another beautiful blue sky and bright sunshine.
I had my breakfast and then went with Rich to meet Eric Sandael, a Norwegian gentleman, who is the developer of Casa Linda.
Eric obviously takes great pride in his development and has a commitment to creating a safe, gated community for the residents and guests of Casa Linda, employment for the local community and is always looking for ways to improve both Casa Linda and the community.

There is plenty of choice (both size, style, floor plans and price) offering something for pretty much everyones budget and taste.
