Do you have a biggest challenge? Do you feel guilty when you fail to meet that challenge? Must admit to yes, yes answers to the previous questions! While I constantly work on correcting this, I easily fall prey to falling short. Do I feel guilty when it happens? Again the answer is yes! Enough with yes, sometimes the better answer is no.

Guilty as charged. I don't hold on to the guilt part, it doesn't serve me. I will continue working on the challenge, until it is solved.

Wayne, feeling guilty is my middle name. I have so many challenges I've fallen short on.
If I don't meet a challenge, I re-assess my goals and give it another shot. I do not feel guilty when I know I've tried and done my best.
