Pending Home Sales Fall in June- Housing Recovery in Danger?

According the National Association of Realtors, pending home sales fell In June from last May and May's sales were revised downwards.

Perhaps its time for NAR to ramp up the ad campaigns- its never been a better time to buy OR sell a home!
