Here we are at the end of July, which means that summer is just about over and bar-b-ques become further and fewer between. Even though it doesn't get cold here in Tampa, but our schedules and routines change with the kids going back to school. The best part about being in Tampa in that it's almost never a bad time to grill. So before we wrap up the summer why not have one more party where you can awe your guests or in other cases your buyers.
Although it gets hot, it doesn't mean that the fun has to stop. Improve the outdoor area with a gazebo or even a pavilion. It makes for a great area to entertain guests and adds value to your home at the same time. Another perk to doing this is the shade that you add so you can escape the rays of direct sunlight.
There are many styles you can go with when making this kind of addition and you can always customize these projects to your liking. I've seen some many so many designs from traditional to renaissance and so much more. When your upgrading your home, the sky's the limit.
