It’s not raining – check your gutters!
Remember that drip you had in the gutter last winter?
You said you were going to get it taken care of when the rains stopped.
It is the dead of summer in Sacramento, the temperatures are high, no sign of rain.
Maybe now is a good time to repair that gutter problem you had last winter.
Tom: It's no fun to be on the roof when it's wet and slippery. Now is a good time. Good view generally from up there too.
I frequently have to explain to new clients that just because THEY never cleaned their gutters does not mean that they should not be cleaned REGULARLY...I have the roof checked and the vent boots inspected while contractor is on the roof

Not many homes have gutters in our area Tom. We've been thinking of having them installed around our patio area for those rare times we do get rain,
Tom, Isn't it funny how we forget when we don't hear the drip? Now the challenge is to identify exactly where it is and go fix it.
