Just a quick polling question if you will.
With 70,000 plus Realtors in the AR community, I feel that I can get a pretty good sample as to what the average Realtor is thinking.
Have short sales gone the way of the dodo bird? Are realtors still working on short sales? Would more work on short sales if they were shown how to properly execute them? We're all wondering down here in South Florida if the Short Sale is last year's Hula Hoop.
Secondly, what's the next pet rock? Do you foresee Realtors taking seminars on things like blogging, seo, listing syndication and the like or is that not to be expected.
Lastly, what about marketing. Is branding and running a successful business in a web 2.0 world important enough for realtors to invest in themselves to succeed?
I know so many agents are leaving the business it's like a stampeded, just wondering if a better trained agent is a more successful agent.
