Wednesday came and went without a blog post! I didn't have time to figure out exact how I feel about it being a true buyer's market here in the Valley. I know there is certainly a 'lean' towards a buyer's market here in the Valley, BUT...loans are more difficult to get and inventory is still low, so I can't say that I would call it a true buyer's market...I may be wrong! Hopefully by next week I will be able to add a few more things up and decide what I really think. There are good deals out there for buyers who are pre-qualified that is for sure, but not much new construction.
Speaking of good deals! How about some land in Eagle River or Big Lake? Here are my new listings as of yesterday.
