There is an "i" in TEAM. Hidden in the A-Hole

There is an "i" in TEAM.

Hidden in the A-Hole.

If every other word that comes out of your mouth is "I" then "U" are not a team player.

If "U" are the kind of person that wants me to help you out and be fair, but you have no interest in helping me out, "I" don't think so.

That "I" is NOT hidden in the A-Hole!

So glad that you all enjoyed this little ditty.  Basicially it is a random musing, but at some point, it could be the annoyance of foolishness, we'll see......let me explain.

Up until now I have been handling the overflow in the store.  I have also written a lot of business for the other people I work with when their customers return to purchase and they are not in that day.  I'm fair and honest and have split every one of the sales with them.  Now that I am starting to build my client base, have my own business cards and write quotes on them, we will see if those that I work with will return the favor and be as fair and honest if one of my customers returns to purchase on a day that I am off.  The owner has done it several times so far.

Just thinking ahead.....which is something that always gets me in trouble.  "Thinking" in general gets me in trouble.

Thanks for dropping by and commenting.

You must all be on commissions Roger.  This happens in a real estate office also.

Hi Mr. Bond.

As the coach used to tell me. There is no I in team. Boy was he wrong.

I told him there was no I, but there is a "Me" in team. Think about it. He got mad at me.

Have a great day in Fairport Harbor my friend.

Best, Clint McKie

You know me, always thinking ahead.....I'm not sure this crowd is jealous, they are all very good sales people and know the business probably better then I do, but I can certainly hold my own.    I have always "played well with others in the sandbox" but if someone starts kicking sand, I certainly know how to defend myself.  I'm not looking for or anticipating any trouble....but there is some potential there, like in any sales/commissioned job.
