I am a Realtor.
I am a salesman. I'm proud of that because its the noblest of professions when done with honor.
My job is to deliver the goods for many, many people...
It starts with my own family.
It focuses on my clients.
Then I go to work creating jobs AND economy for a whole lot of people:
I employ my Assistant.
I employ my Transaction Coordinator.
I employ a Real Estate Coach @ Buffini & Company
I employ my Lenders & their staff.
i employ Escrow Companies.
I employ Title Companies.
I employ Home Warranty Companies & their trades.
I employ Staging Companies.
I employ Lawyers & Credit Repair Counselors
I employ Property Inspectors.
I employ Pest/Termite Inspectors.
I employ Roof Inspectors.
I employ Chimney Inspectors.
I employ, on occasion: Mold, Lead, Asbestos, Flood & Fire abatement companies.
I employ Appraisers.
I employ Notary Republics.
I employ Couriers.
I employ Electricians.
I employ Plumbers.
I employ Painters.
I employ House & Carpet Cleaners
I employ Flooring Companies.
I employ Septic Companies.
I employ Handymen & Contractors and several other tradesmen along the way.
Because of my closed escrows I make money for my company, my managers and my company staff and our County Clerks Office.
Because I work so hard, the lunch cart lady makes income off me most days, as I eat at my desk.
I sacrafice a lot of my personal time for my clients because there's so much to be done behind the scenes. Most of the time my clients never realize the "saves" I create with my negotiating skills; they don't see it, I don't brag on it.
Because I close so many escrows, I give many thank you gifts: Home Depot, Lowes, My Gift Basket lLdy, Trader Joe's, World Market & Pier 1 Imports get regular extra business from me.
The above partial list goes on and on, other Realtors could add more... all because one person decided to become a Realtor.
So no sir, I do not discount my fees; it affects too many people when I do. But I do manage my time, because it affects too many people when I don't.
I Have No Regrets !
