Richard - your video was very creative! I really liked the presentation. Unfortunately, our MLS and Broker rules do not allow any type of videos with any reference to an agents name at all. It's the Brokers listing and we can't even use a Real Estate sign or business card in the video.
I wish I could do something like you did - I think it's very effective marketing.
