Today we are going to take a look at the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club Community.
This Las Vegas golf course community currently has 38 properties available for resale, ranging in price from $204,000 thru $719,990, living space square footage from 1,467 thru 4,892 with lot sizes ranging from 3,049 square footage thru 8,712. On average these homes are listed at $136/sqft.
Now let's take a look at what sold in this past July. We had 13 properties that were sold and closed with new owners last month in Rhodes Ranch. The lowest priced home was a 1,829 square foot two story home that sold for $240,000. The largest home in Rhodes Ranch that sold last month was 4,108 sqaure foot home that sold for $460,000. The highest priced closing was a 4,066 square foot two story home that sold for $510,000. On average the thirteen closings sold for $120/sqft.
One more statistic that may be surprising to most people is that of the 27 homes that are currently listed or sold last month in Rhodes Ranch there were zero bank owned and only three short sales! All 14 of the homes that are currently listed are traditional sales!
