Current activity in Moncton area residential housing market is almost identical to last year. However as my graph shows, active residential listings continue trending to record levels.

On the surface it appears that Buyers have lots of listings from which to choose and Sellers have lots of competition for Buyer's attention. Typically this situation gives Buyers an advantage in the marketplace.  A savvy Buyer's agent, representing a Buyer in single agency, is best able to advise the Buyer client in this real estate market.
