And likely buying another existing site, that will need work to flesh it out.

I own around 20 real estate domains. I am just beginning to realize that I should be using the developed solution sites such as Realbird.com and Market Leader. They will eventually allow me to delegate some of my routine maintenance stuff.
I am overwhelmed by trying to do too much technology.

I have abuot 40 WP sites in several states... updating can be a full time jobs sometimes...
