The Helmsman Statue is located in Marina Del Rey, CA at Burton Chace Park!
The Helmsman is a statue which represented the Helms Bakery’s unfaltering delivery service for many years. Then on October 6th 1971 the Helms Family generously donated this 10+ foot Statue to Marina Del Rey, CA.
For many years the Statue Stood in front of the Helms Bakery on Venice Blvd in Los Angeles, CA. It represented the Trademark of the Helms Bakery. Now it has become the beloved symbol of the Marina Del Rey’s Maritime Community.
