The Novi real estate sales have been moving at a decent rate, so far this year. Despite the down market it seems that Novi Real Estate has been selling. Now the prices that they are selling for may not be as high as you would like them to be, but if you keep in mind that Michigan is in short a declining market. There have been 15 Novi real estate sales thus far in 2008. This should start to pickup due to spring and summer being right around the corner.
