Kentlands Historical Trust Seeking New Members

 

As the community matures, many home owners in Kentlands request approval for architectural changes. These changes must be approved by the Kentlands Historical Trust as a continuing effort to maintain Kentlands as an outstanding community.

The Kentlands Historical Trust is currently seeking new members with architectural or construction experience. It is good if members are familiar with the latest building materials and roofing products.

The Trust meets at the Kentlands Clubhouse on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. to review change applications that have been submitted by home owners. The members are appointed for two year terms that may be renewed.

If you are willing to serve on the Kentlands Historical Trust and have experience that would be relevant, you should send an email indicating your interest to Arthur Gailes at agailes@cmc-management.com, or call him at 301-948-2071.

For out of the area readers, Kentlands is a planned neo-traditional community located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, in the heart of Montgomery County. Kentlands is one of the preferred communities for families that are relocated to the Metro Area of Washington, DC.
