July brought many reasons to celebrate, including 24 of our Realtors having sales and closings to reach our company goals! Also, Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson was named one of The Jacksonville Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2013! Team Davidson totaled sales of $7.6 million and closings of $6.6 million for the month of July. Congratulations to the agents on top - Maxine Levy, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline and Woody Cake!
Maxine Levy is our Top Listing Agent for July with over $850,000 in listings sold and $950,000 in total sales. She sold three of her own listings, including a home in World Golf Village, land to a builder for new construction in Green Cove Springs, and a condo in Fleming Island. Maxine also sold a condo to a buyer in The Legends in World Golf Village.
Mirtha Barzaga is our Top Sales Agent for July with over $1.5 million in sales. Mirtha frequents our top agent list and was recently named our Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for the second quarter. In July, she had six sales and two were new home construction – one with Bourre Construction Group and the other with Standard Pacific Homes.

Pauline Cake and her husband Woody Cake are the Top Producers for July with over $1 million in closings. They have also been on fire in 2013, most recently being named the Top Listing Agents for June and the Top Producers for the second quarter. The Cakes closed three properties during the month, two in World Golf Village and one in Vilano Beach.
