As Well As Your Bug Out Bag, You Need a Piece of Land!

I am having the time of my life working with people who believe that they need a safe and securable location (interpretation vacant land) with water, good soil and livable climate. 

They all know what a BOB is - it is a Bug Out Bag - you can look that up it's all ove rthe internet.  But what doesn't "fit" into that BOB, is the location they are trying to get to!  They are trying to get to:

WATER -- you must have water to survive, and you must have water for a community if you plan to live there and rebuild your small community without the aid of the big city you have Bugged Out Away from.

MODERATE CLIMATE -- you must be able to survive the climate so I'm guessing that means you should set a goal of not more than 95 degrees and not less than 18 degress.  Anything in between you can pretty much live through with a little preparation.  And boy oh boy do these folks understand preparation.

SAFETY -- you need to be able to defend your location.  This leads me to believe that you will want to be somewhat remote and some distance from large populations.  I am told that 30 minutes is a minimum and 60 minutes is nice!

LAND -- A parcel of 10 to 40 Acres is plenty.  Read more about the neighborhood near Kingman Arizona with good land with large parcels available, mild year-round climate, water, and safety.  Willow Creek Ranch, treed 36 acre parcels with rough, varied topography.  Windmill Ranch more open land with a gentle slope and long open views -- property here ranges from 40 to 640 acres!  Cedar Hills Ranches provide parcels of varying sizes, again open sloping land with endless views.  Spring Valley Ranches has varied land available the lower areas are open on a hillside and the higher parts are mountainous with juniper, pinion and ponderosa pine.
