Jim.  Thanks.  If my memory is correct, I corrected Fairfax a couple of time.  I believe I got punchy.

The real story is in the number of units sold, down 46.41%.

90.89% of list to sale price is interesting too.  That says that a good agent can negotiate these prices down.
