The app is called, Doing Business at a Glance for iOS devices. 
This app does the following to help you work with your foreign buyers and investors:
It will sort the economies of other countries by ranking them by the "ease of doing business". There are other ranking factors you can pull up for different countries also.
You can compare the economies to other economies from one region to another.
You can view the rankings and indicators for 2012 and 2013 data and you can get a summary of for each economy and any reforms taking place.
The data is taken from the World Bank and the International Finance Corp.
