Has the (Naples) Real Estate Market Changed? Mini Boom? Just Maybe

New construction in Naples Florida is booming

Reported in the Naples Daily News today...tidbits from:

  • Quail West, Naples: more than $84 million dollars in sales through July 2013 from 77 transactions.
  • Lakoya, Lely Resort, Naples: Phase One nearly - 85% - sold out. Twenty-three inventory homes remain
  • Lantana, Olde Cypress , Naples: more than 30% sold of the 122 homesites in six months
  • Major Naples-based developer reports July 2013 sales up nearly 90% from July 2012
  • Vineyards, Naples: Final phase, 37 homesites remain

Widely depleted resale inventory is driving new home sales

Prior to 2011 the inventory peaked at more that 12,000 listings.

New construction abounds in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero at all price points.

Caring expertise...knowledge for you!

This kind of resurgence in a marketplace does seem to point to an authentic recovery...in my area, it's the purchase of undeveloped land, as a holding property (no spec building here).
