Home Owners now have accrued equity in their homes and this renewed confidence has lead to more spending. Distressed Sales such as Short Sales and Bank Owned Homes are not being listed as often and no longer dictate the value of the neighborhood. There is a renewed confidence for home builders and new homes are being build as we speak. Sellers are now basing their decision to sell based upon personal benefit rather than fear of loss. Last buy not least, high-end homes remain a bargain and this void leads to move-up buyers being able to step up from starter to second home to ultimate home. The future of home ownership looks not only promising but inviting!
