The North East area of San Antonio TX Particularly the Stone Oak area is a very popular area of San Antonio TX.  This report will cover homes for sale in the Stone Oak area that are greater than $350,000.  You can click this link for the NE San Antonio TX Stone Oak area that encompassed homes for sale less than $350,000.
 
Currently the Real Estate Market in NE San Antonio TX in the Stone Oak area has 349 Homes for Sale in Stone Oak more than $350,000. You can purchase a home in this area for as little as $351,000 and for as high as $3,750,000 (please call me right away should you have an interest in purchasing this one :)!!).  Homes are listed at an average price of $606,397 and have a days on market of 161.

There are 59 homes pending sale in the Stone Oak area in this price range.  The average list price that brought an offer and contract to these homes is $487,453 and had an average 132 days on the market before getting a contract. August's report should reveal to us the sold data.
 
Stone Oak area Homes that Sold from July 1st 2013 to July 31st, 2013 totaled 59.  The homes that successfully sold were listed at an average price of $556,661 and sold for $526,916 giving us a list price to sold price ratio of over 96%  The average days on market for these homes was 161.  Higher priced homes may seem to sit on the market longer because often times buyers can be hard to find for these properties; however, 161 days ain't bad at all.
 
So, how did these home sales compare this time last year?  The Stone Oak area Real Estate Market kicked tail from this time last year which means the higher priced properties are doing quite well this year.  This time last year the Stone Oak area in the price range had 41 homes that sold at an average price of $465,598 and 192 days on market.  So, although July 2012 wasn't bad..this year is much better!

Hi Brenda. You are so right about the Northeast Area, and Stone Oak. I was just out there a week ago, showing some Gehan homes in that price range. Lots of new Home Building still going on near that Canyon Springs area.

Hi Jerry-There's definitely lots of new homes being built over in that area and the Stone Oak area has some gorgeous and well priced pre-owned homes as well. This is such a wonderul area to live in with great NEISD schools and lots and lots of restaurants and shopping!
