Fantastic!!! Have been able to get banks to help you with this? Have the REO groups been cooperative in putting hidden properties (those not yet listed with a broker) on the tour? How many properties did you stop at during the day? How long did the tour last? Did you represent the buyers and have a buyer agency agreement in place or were you representing the sellers (banks, etc.) and promoting your own REO listings? The concept is great, but, the real estate relationships seem complex. Let us know how it went!!!
