My name is John Landry and I'm a mortgage loan officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and a proud affiliate of Homes for Heroes®. Until June of 2012, I was actually a high school math teacher for Arlington Public Schools in Virginia. As a teacher, I gained a deep appreciation for how hard our Heroes work. When the opportunity came my way to transition into the world of mortgage lending, I was hesitant until I came across Fairway. At Fairway, we look at mortgage lending as an opportunity to help people with some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. We dedicate ourselves to consistently giving back, especially to our Heroes. From our six annual home giveaways through the Wounded Warrior Project® to our affiliation with Homes for Heroes®, we seek out every opportunity to give back to the members of our community who deserve it most. I’m here to serve and I’m proud to be part of this unique benefit to our Heroes.
