It's amazing what one year can do in the business.

All of 2007 I did 9 transactions.

In the first 45 days of 2008 I have pended and/or settled 6 transactions, soon to be 8.  It is amazing what one year of learning and hard work can do.

I recently decided that if I want to really make it in this business and seriously get a huge bump, then I need to have the accountability to do it.

After searching for the right program, I finally decided on the Mike Ferry coaching system.  After viewing several others, it makes the most sense.  Make lots of money without wasting hundreds of dollars on mailings, etc.  With the One-on-One system it's all about prospecting and going after the business.

I honestly agree with that.  And how cool is it to say to a client that I invest $12,000 annually to improve my sales and negotiating skills.

We've set my goal for 2008 to be 35 transactions, and an income of $150,000.  In order to do that I need to make 25 new contacts a day, and take 48 new listings for the year.

Sounds like you've already learned the secret ... cancel now and save $10k! Seriously, though, congratulations on your success and I hope it continues!

You are doing it right, spend $$$ on training, it will put way more in your pocket then you will spend...if you follow what you are taught.

Good job so far!

James - LOL.  I am putting the money into Mike Ferry to be coached on better time management and lead follow up, as well as numbers tracking, the most critical in our business!
