This was another home we staged this week.  The living room furniture was already here (though we did re-orient it.)  The home has been shown 20 times with no bites.  Feedback has been that some of the rooms felt awkward - they didn't understand how furniture was supposed to look - and that the master bedroom was too small.  (How often do we hear that?)  Here is the finished product.

The agent is thrilled and has already given us two other homes to stage - 1 high end vacant & 1 owner occupied.  They should be done by the end of the month.

Looks like you did a great job of staging. I believe that staging a home will sell a home faster. Congratulations.

The home looks great. Having a nicely furnished place always makes a differences. I am impressed that they had 20 showings, I would love to have that for my listings.

Melissa- Isn't it fun? We can't tell people where to go, but we can tell them where their furniture should go! Another great job! Master bedroom looked plenty big to me!!! I am so sold on the metal wall decorations. They work no matter where you put them!

Melissa -- I LOVE the master bath wall decor!  That is so perfect in both shots.  Very nice RES!  This home is sure to find a buyer who falls in love with it!

Another job well done... I've come to expect no less from you and your team!  Congrats on the two staging jobs you obtained through the process as well and I'll be watching for the shots of those too.  Great built-ins in the bonus room and the master bedroom doesn't look too small at all.

Beautiful simply beautiful!  I like your wording as well do you write that ?

Love those slipcovers again!  Thanks for the Target info!!

It's great how this lead to more stagings too!

Kay - It is so refreshing to hear agents say that!  Thank you!

anon - Thanks!

Shannon - it is great when the home is already great, but then our job is to highlight the great things about that home!

Pam - The problem is that it had 20 showings and no offers.  This means it is probably priced well.... that leaves condition.  In this case buyers felt some rooms were smaller than they really were!  The goal is to correct this so the next showings won't have the same problem and will fall in love with the home!

Deborah - from your lips to God's ears!

Elaine - even the agent was surprised at how large the bedroom felt after staging!  This should eliminate that complaint!

I also LOVE the metal wall decorations!  Sometimes they really work much better than printed or framed art!  They are very versitile and reasonably cost effective as well!

Marci - as you can tell, they already had done some updates, including new countertops.  What a great investment for the sellers to have made!

Maureen - Thank you!  I had a hard time finding a piece of framed art that I really wanted to use.  This seemed perfect to me as well!

Lisa - I am excited about the vacant we are doing for this agent later this month.  We are just waiting for the current homeonwers to move out now.... that's in about 2 weeks.

Heather - nope, fake fake fake.... I still love them!  I use them all the time!  Ebay is my source.... gotta love ebay!

Becky & Nicole - Be careful with the slipcovers, they become addicting!  They add so much color and texture to the room I feel like I use them all the time.  Maybe that is my signature touch.... lol!  Oh, yes, I do write the words also.... it is part of what I provide my clients when they stage with me.

Kathy - I surely hope you are right!  Thanks fo the compliments....
