The temperature outside is definitely diving..Cold, Cold, Cold, but the Pascack Valley Real Estate Market is Hot, Hot, Hot. We may be having frigid temperatures outside, but the buyers are definitely out looking, and placing offers on many homes. I have had three of my beautiful listings go under Contract in the past week, and my other beautiful listings I have adopted for marketing are receiving many showings and lots of interest.
The Bergen Record has recently recently reported that the Real Estate Market has taken a soft landing..We in the Real Estate Profession have indeed seen this as a reality. Homes which are priced realistically in today's Pascack Real Estate Market are selling, and are being perceived by today's buyers as worthy of being purchased.
We see this as a significant change from just a few months ago. There is indeed an excitement in the air! Buyers are braving the cold temperatures, and are out looking and purchasing homes, while sellers are pricing their homes realistically, creating excellent value for the astute and educated buyers. I am here to report that the Pascack Valley Real Estate Market is alive and well in January, 2007. This is indeed and excellent way to begin the New Year!
