The 89th Annual State Fair of West Virginia opened on Friday, August 9th and ended Saturday, August 17th.  Summer is ending soon and Fall is just around the corner, and school starts on August 22nd.  Hopefully, the children, as well as the adults, enjoyed the Fair!
