Sales prices have been consistently higher in the first few months of this year and it would be safe to say that the real estate market is rebounding.
Entrada at Snow Canyon in St George Utah Real Estate Market Report ~July 2013 is as follows:
5 homes sold in Entrada during the month of July 2013
1 home sold for between $500,000-$600,000
1 home sold for between $600,000-$700,000
1 home sold for between $1,500,000-$2,000,000
2 additional homes sold but the sales price was not disclosed on the mls
Listed prices were $725,000 & $1,395,000
There were 48 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of July 2013 which is 4 less than the month of July 2012.
Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of July 2013 were up by more than 200% from 1 home sold in July 2012 to 5 homes sold in July 2013.
Based on the sales prices available, average sales price for a home in Entrada in July 2013 was $573,700. This is a 123.93% increase from July 2012 when the average sales price was $256,200.
