I had buyers today who wanted to write an offer on a home I had shown them. I called the listing Broker to tell him that I had a written offer on his listing.  He informed me that the Sellers were in Europe, and that he would have to e mail them and find out where we could fax the offer.  He also was concerned about the time change, and said we would have to figure out an appropriate time to fax the offer, taking into account the time change. 

Technology to the rescue.  I told him I had a Scanner at home which would change the contract into a PDF which I could e mail to him.  He in turn could send it as an attachment to his Seller, who could immediately review the offer on his own time schedule..The wonders of modern technology. 

Just a few years ago, this would not have been possible. What a pleasure to be able to avail myself of such wonderful technological tools.  We are very close in our negotiations, and I will hopefully be able to report tomorrow that we have reached a "meeting of the minds."

It is such a pleasure to be able to use these tools to help our Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals!
