The market appears to really be picking up in the Greater Danbury area.  Many properties are going CTS, buyers are beginning to be serious and I am sure it will be a terrific year.  The reductions in the interest rates has really helped.

The market here in Columbia has been fairly steady. We are still a little behind compared to 2006, but all industry indicator are pointing towards the evaporation of the buyer's market by this Summer. So, all that being said, our market is also picking up. Best of luck to you Dan.
