How often does a listing agent show his own listing to buyers?

Many homeowners use this as a barometer to judge whether an agent is doing a good job. Most of my buyers come from three sources: personal referrals, internet advertising and the yard sign. Buyer interest varies and sometimes in the pre-qualification process, the home may not be in the right price range or location for the buyer.

However, be assured that if the prospect fits, I will be showing your home. The Tucker Company has approximately 1,500 agents in Indiana and, as a team, we do sell a high percentage of our own   listings. I may not be the agent that sells your home, but I will be the reason it sells. www.chriscastetter.com
