This was a delight to list and work with these folks and close. Not anything like the FHA closing we also have this week. Hopefull that one will be our last FHA.
But this home near Seven Devils resort, had the dream seller and dream buyer. The seller poured their hearts into this one when they bought it several years ago. They now have four litle girls and need lots of space. Likley lots of bathroom space! LOL.
Trails on the grounds and bordered by a creek only add to the beauty and serenty of this home.
