This year's Park City Area Showcase of Homes will take place on the weekends of August 17-18 and 24-25 as well as Labor Day Weekend August 31-September 2, 2013 from the hours of 10 am to 6 pm.

Seventeen different homes will be on display during this period including homes in The Woods at Parleys Lane, Park Meadows, Promontory, Red Ledges in Heber as well as the Midway and Heber proper areas.

There will be a number of different home styles to tour with the one common element that they will all be "best in class".

Tickets are $15 and homes can be viewed at your own pace. Visit the web site at http://www.pcshowcaseofhomes.com/ for more information or you can reach them by phone at 435-645-9363.

I have been on this tour many times and always got great ideas and saw some fantastic homes so I would urge anyone considering a home in the Park City area to attend.

Hi Mister! We are having our parade of homes right now too! It's so odd, in the past years they would select one neighborhood and have about a dozen HUGE homes in that one location on display. This year I think there are 30+ neighborhoods all over the state - eeekkkkk! I can't wait to see the pictures you take of these beauties! Is Jasmine going to go??

Jon-there are some great homes in almost every price point. I will give you a call a bit later today Jon.

Erin-no jasmine unfortunately. The would not let her in the homes and I don't want her sitting in the car. I think it works better in different neighborhoods allowing people to see so many different styles and price points.

Brad-it really is, and the self paced aspect is a great feature.

Hannah-they usually do not allow pictures in these homes, but I will try to make it up with some other great pictures as I go.

Roger-you should give it a try again, it is always fun to see the new styles and trends.

Michael-that is exactly what we have used them for in the past. Not looking for a home ourselves, we were building. Just looking to picj up an idea or two.
