Sitting on that fence has to hurt after a while

By
Real Estate Agent with Gary Love & RealtySouth

Its true, a lot of our hopeful future customer/clients are still waiting for those rates to drop below 5% . I do a bi-monthly e-mail to a group and on the last paragraph I tell them all you people sitting on that fence for rates to drop again you are playing a game of Russian roulette, it could go either way and besides doesn't that fence hurt after a while. I'm pulling them off one by one. For 1/2 of them it has worked for the other 1/2 they will just have to endure the pain till they listen to the words of reason.

They are sitting focusing on only one thing rates. They aren't looking at shrinking inventory which will force up prices or a credit tightening shift on the part of lenders. Good post

I feel the same way you do!  It is funny how the rates are at all time lows, and the buyers are not beating down the doors!
