THE MARKET AT LAKE ANNA
Although Lake Anna does not lead the real estate market in Virginia we manage to catch up before too long. Like many other areas of the country we are heading towards a buyers market if things continue as they have been recently. We have a great number of homes listed and while prices are not shooting up they have stabilized for the most part.
Windwood Coves is experiencing the same type market as the rest of Lake Anna.
AVAILABLE HOMES
There are currently seven homes on the market. None of them are waterfront. They are access (off water) homes that have access to the lake within one of the three common areas in Windwood Coves. Access homes in this subdivision have boat slips.
RECENTLY SOLD IN WINDWOOD COVES SUBDIVISION
SOLD HOMES
Since the beginning of the year five homes have sold including two waterfront homes and three access homes. The waterfront home at 3 Lakeway sold for $467,000 and the one at 953 Windwood Coves Blvd. closed for $500,000. The access homes were located at 300 Windswept Rd., 577 Windwood Coves Blvd., and 838 Windwood Coves Blvd. The sale prices were $293,000, $334,500 and $346,000.
