July Market Sales in San Joaquin County
July was a great time to be a seller! In the month of July, there were 986 homes on the market for sale (a 22.6% increase from the month of
June) and 659 homes sold (a 9.7% increase from June) in San Joaquin County. The Median Home price was $226K which is also anincrease from the month of June. The average days a property was active on the market was 24.
