Just a few months ago, April 2013, MBK homes opened a new community. Aragon ~ Signal Hill New Community described as "cool, contemporary, connected." Sales have been fast and furious in this urban, contemporary community of multi-level new homes. 
Five varying floorplans ranging from 1189 to 1879 square feet promise to deliver a residence which suits the way homeowners want to live. All plans are three story homes with up to three bedrooms. Aragon ~ Signal Hill New Community will consist of 81 units and they are now releasing phase five of ten. (Pretty rapid pace for a community which opened just four months ago.)
