Amazing, indeed, Mary. Listings sell, and sell well and quickly. It's a different story for buyers, however; quite brutal.

Bryan, the srong selling market continues. In Belmont, for instance, yesterday there were only 11 active listings in the entire town. Last 2 Belmont sales I'm aware of each had 19 offers. Buyers cannot be timid in this market.
