Absolute Must Have App

By
Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty

Hands down, Goodreader is my absolute "Must Have" app.  Goodreader is like my mobile file cabinet.  For every document that I store in Goodreader, I create a file for that particular transaction, buyer, seller, etc.  That way I don't have to search through an exhaustive list to find the document that I am looking for.

In addition, I can markup the document by highlighting, adding text notes and much more.  Sure there were other mobile apps installed on my iPad and iPhone before I even discovered Goodreader, BUT I would use them sporadically.  With Goodreader, I use it methodically.  I is by far, the most used app on my mobile devices.

When I am done with a file or a transaction has closed, I'll keep the Goodreader file for 1 to 3 months, then make sure that I have printed everything, then I'll remove the file from Goodreader to free up space on my device.

Nancy it's pretty popular.  I think I may have first heard of it on ActiveRain.  I think many use Evernote and the others may use Goodreader.

Sorry Helen and Larry, I checked and no Androit for Goodreader.

Hope you find a good use for it Kathy.

Check it out Marco.  It's a mobile file cabinet is the best I can describe it.  Thanks for noticing the pic.

Charita,

Thanks for the App suggestion as I will have to check it out. I wonder if some how you could store the files on Drop Box so you did not have to print everything out and store the paper. I always have these large paper files and after a deal is done I do not know what to do with this file.

Gay there are just so many tools and apps, we just have to choose which one works for us.

Robert Dropbox is a fabulous tool and the only reason that I probably don't use it is because Goodreader comes to mind first when I need to store something.  Overall I think they both serve the same valuable purpose.

Joni you may or may not need it but it certainly can't hurt to explore.

I know Carla.  I only thought it was hard at first but once I dove in, it was so easy.

Charita-Thanks for the suggestion of Goodreader. I like seeing what others are using. It never hurts to have an alternate means of getting things done.
