Yesterday was a very busy day with closing on a listing, taking my last 2 hour Contract course for continuing education, an appointment and mounds of paper work on the two listings I entered in the last two days last week.The question became what can I have for dinner that is quick to make and will be good, as I hadn’t eaten all day! I remembered Jeff Dowler, CRS posting about using some frozen, raw Argentina red shrimp he got from Trader Joe's that he and his wife used to make a nice dinner.
