How much does a beauty like this run inn Davenport, Ia?

Thanks, Chris, for bringing this to my attention. I am still crawling at this blogging stuff, did these late last night, dog ate my homework (oh, sorry, that was yesterday's excuse).

The wonderful price is a mere $314,900!!!

Quite a change from Bonita Springs pricing, eh? We just returned from Marco two days ago. We actually looked at a vacant lot for this kind of money (no seriously, we did find one that cheap). A beautiful place to visit but I couldn't afford breakfast in the morning, let alone the real estate taxes!

Thanks again for your help. Please throw this dog a bone anytime. I'm still learning.

WOW!!! Compared to my prices here in the coastal areas of New Hampshire, that price is a STEAL!!! That same house here would run between $450,000 and $650,000 or so, depending on which town here it was in.

Hi Lucky,

Lovely home, I especially like the gorgeous wood floor in the kitchen and the dramatic fireplace. I visited your website, and with that square footage and a 3-car garage, it would have to go for anywhere from the mid $500K's to the high $600K's in our area, depending on whether it was in the outlying communities or Sedona, view, neighborhood etc. I didn't notice the lot size, but in any case you sure get a lot for your dollar there!

It's a "Cherry" property (AR said so)!

This property really is spectacular. The man that owns the flooring company that this builder uses bought it. He lives in Eldridge, Iowa and is moving into Davenport because he loves the Greenfields neighborhood and really fell in love with this house. Isn't that cool?
