Just wanted to share with everyone that I got my first client from my involvement here on Active Rain. Someone read my blog, ended up on my website, and I submitted an offer for their purchase today that is now in negotiations. Thanks AR for helping me build my online presence, as well as locally in my towns of Cranford, Westfield and Berkeley Heights. Hopefully, this trend will continue!
