It's Important to Keep Sellers Happy When Selling a Home in Elk Grove

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

elk grove homes for saleSome agents will argue with their clients, especially if the agent believes she is right. I generally don't. I give my clients the information and let them make up their own minds. Either they'll follow my advice or they won't, but unless it's a super huge deal, I tend to give them whatever they want.

I want happy and satisified clients. It's not a big thing for me to back down and accommodate the person who is paying me, even if I disagree. Because most hills are not the hill I want to die on.

Here is a story about what happened yesterday when a client asked me to do something that I did not believe was necessary. Read more in my personal blog on my professional website: About Selling Homes in Elk Grove, and my new Elk Grove listing that goes on the market today.

Also, of interesting note, the Elizabeth Weintraub Team was named as a top 25 best real estate team in California by Real Trends for 2013.

Hi Elizabeth...We can make suggestions and offer advice but decisions are made by the client. As long as it is something that is allowed by our Code of Ethics I am fine with it.

Congratulations on your to 25 rating in California.

Sometimes you just got to bend a little.  We do that (bend) daily.
